Implement the following troubleshooting fixes to permanently resolve this issue.

Method 1: Rename Sync Manager 

  • Log out of QuickBooks and also close all windows corresponding to the company files.
  • Verify that QuickBooks is updated to the latest release. If not, click on the Help menu, followed by hitting on Update QuickBooks Desktop. Follow the instructions and finally click on Get updates.
  • Next, look for the Sync Manager folder on your PC. 
  • It is located in - Drive(C):/Users/username/AppData/Local/Intuit.
  • Rename the Sync manager folder.
  • Lastly, verify if QuickBooks Error 7300 got repaired.

Method 2: Back up the Registry Entries 

  • From the Start menu, visit the Run window (Use short key Windows + R).
  • Type in Regedit and press the Enter key.
  • Select the key that relates to QuickBooks Error 7300.
  • From the 'File' menu, select the 'Export' option.
  • Save the backup file.
  • Name this backup file in the File Name box.
  • Ensure that in the "Export Range", the "Selected branch" checkbox is marked.
  • Click on the Save option.
  • When saving the file, be sure to use the.reg file extension.

Method 3: Clean install QuickBooks 

Steps for Windows XP

  • Click on the Start button.
  • Next, hit on Program and Features.
  • Follow up by clicking on the Add or Remove Programs menu.
  • Tap on QuickBooks and click on Uninstall.

Steps for Windows Vista and Windows 7

  • Click on the Start button.
  • Access the Control panel.
  • Select Programs and Features.
  • Opt for QuickBooks.
  • After that, select Uninstall/Change.
  • When the accounting program is successfully removed, reinstall QuickBooks Desktop.

Method 4: Rename Intuit Folders

  • Visit the below given path:
  • C:/Programfiles/Users/AppData/Local/Programdata/QuickBooks.
  • Rename the Intuit folder.
  • Now, right-click the Windows taskbar and click on the Processes tab.
  • After choosing the Column header, organize it such that the list is listed in alphabetical order.
  • Choose the Qbw32.exe, QBDBMgrN.exe, QBCFMonitorService, and QBDBMgr services from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on End process after choosing each process.
